Since we are a planning consultancy, you book directly with suppliers. Please read these terms carefully.
1. Our Role
Global Lions LTD is an independent holiday-planning consultancy. We:
- Provide expert planning advice
- Research and recommend destinations
- Create personalised itineraries
- Suggest trusted suppliers
We do NOT:
- Handle bookings or payments
- Provide ATOL or ABTA protection
- Issue tickets or vouchers
- Act as a travel agent

3. Payment Terms
Our planning fees are structured as follows:
Initial Consultation
No payment required
Planning Fee
Due before detailed planning begins
All fees are quoted in GBP (£). Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer, credit/debit card.
4. Cancellation by You
If you cancel our planning service before work begins, you receive a full refund. Once we've completed your custom itinerary, the planning fee is non-refundable.
For travel bookings, cancellation policies vary by supplier. Check your booking confirmation.
5. Supplier Bookings
When you book with our recommended suppliers, their terms apply. You should:
- Read supplier terms before booking
- Check cancellation policies
- Understand fare rules and restrictions
- Review baggage allowances
We cannot change or cancel supplier bookings on your behalf.
6. Your Obligations
- Provide accurate information
- Review itineraries carefully
- Ensure you have valid travel documents
- Purchase travel insurance
- Book within suggested timeframes
