This policy explains refunds for our planning services and guidance for supplier refunds.
1. Our Role in Refunds
Important: We help you plan, you book directly with our trusted suppliers. We do not handle payments or hold your booking details. Refunds for travel bookings must be requested directly from your suppliers.
2. Planning Fee Refunds

If you cancel before detailed planning begins

Full refund if you're not satisfied with our initial proposal
No Refund After Approval
Once you've approved the final itinerary, the planning fee is non-refundable
3. Supplier Refunds
Airlines
Refunds depend on your fare type. Flexible fares: refundable with fees. Promotional fares: typically non-refundable (may offer credit).
Hotels
Standard rates: free cancellation with full refund. Non-refundable rates: no refunds.
Holiday Packages
ATOL-protected packages have specific refund terms. Check your booking confirmation.
4. How to Request a Refund from Suppliers
Check Your Booking Terms
Review your confirmation for refund eligibility.
Contact the Supplier
Submit your refund request directly to the airline, hotel, or tour operator.
Provide Booking Reference
Have your booking reference ready when contacting them.
5. Refund Processing Times
- Airlines: 7-21 business days
- Hotels: 3-10 business days
- Tour operators: 10-14 business days
- Credit card refunds: Additional 5-10 business days
6. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is your best protection. If you need to cancel for covered reasons (illness, emergency, etc.), your insurance may reimburse you even if the supplier doesn't.
