2. Our Services

We provide independent holiday-planning consultancy including:

• Free initial consultation
• Destination research and recommendations
• Personalised itineraries
• Supplier recommendations (flights, hotels, activities)
• Budget planning advice

We do not handle bookings or payments. You book directly with suppliers.

3. Planning Fees

Full refund if not satisfied with initial proposal

4. Your Responsibilities

• Providing accurate travel information
• Making your own bookings with suppliers
• Having valid passports and visas
• Purchasing travel insurance
• Reviewing supplier terms before booking

5. Travel Documents

You are responsible for ensuring you have:

• A valid passport (6+ months validity)
• Required visas for your destination
• Health documentation (vaccinations, tests)
• Travel insurance coverage

6. Supplier Terms

When you book directly with our recommended suppliers, you enter into a contract with them. We are not responsible for:

• Flight cancellations or delays
• Hotel overbookings or issues
• Supplier insolvency
• Changes to supplier terms

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Lions LTD shall not be liable for:

• Any losses from third-party bookings
• Travel disruptions or cancellations
• Medical issues during travel
• Indirect or consequential losses

Our total liability is limited to the planning fee paid.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and itineraries we create are owned by Global Lions LTD. You may not reproduce our materials without permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
